Construction Tour Safety Requirements

• No pets or animals allowed

• No high heels, sandals, or open-toe shoes (boots or sneakers required)

• Hard hats must be worn at all times in construction areas

• You must follow all safety instructions and remain with the tour guide at all times

Construction Site Tour Waiver & Release of Liability: I understand that I am voluntarily entering an active construction site operated by Chapman Lounge LLC dba Club HUE at 3465 W. 6th St., Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90020 (the “Site”) for the purpose of a hard hat tour. I acknowledge that construction sites contain inherent and potentially dangerous conditions that may result in property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death, including but not limited to: slips, trips and falls, uneven or unstable surfaces, falling debris or materials, exposure to dust/fumes/noise, electrical hazards, tools, scaffolding, ladders, and moving equipment or vehicles. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with entering and being present at the Site, including risks arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties (defined below). To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Chapman Lounge LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, property owners or managers, and insurers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to my presence at the Site or participation in the tour, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any Released Party. I understand that this waiver does not apply to claims that cannot legally be waived under California law, including claims based on gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct. I agree to comply with all posted and verbal safety instructions, remain with the tour guide at all times, avoid restricted areas, refrain from touching equipment or materials, and wear all required personal protective equipment (including hard hat). I represent that I am not impaired by alcohol, cannabis, or drugs and that I am physically able to safely participate in the tour. In the event I require medical assistance, I authorize the administration of emergency treatment and accept full financial responsibility for all related costs. I agree that this waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this waiver or my participation in the tour shall be brought exclusively in the county in whichthe Site is located. I further acknowledge that I am waiving any rights I may have under California Civil Code §1542 (unknown claims). By scheduling or attending this tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
